Do you ship orders internationally?
No. At this point, Tuelip delivers products only within India.
What are you shipping charges?
We provide free shipping for all orders.
How long will it take for my Tuelip order to reach me?
The order will ship within 24-48 hours of it being placed. We ship via Ecom Express, and it usually takes a maximum of 5-7 working days to reach the final destination.
How much time it takes to processed my order?
Your order will be processed on the same day, if placed on Sunday, then it will be processed on Monday as Sunday is non-working day for us.
How can I view the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Do you have COD Option?
We provide COD Option for all orders above Rs. 500. For any orders under Rs. 500, we suggest you make online payment.
How are items packaged?
All the items are Packed in double-boxes and ship with additional protection.

How can I check if Tuelip delivers to my PIN Code?
You can find out if Tuelip delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool available on the product page. Please tap on “Check Delivery options” and enter your area PIN code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time and availability of Cash on Delivery for the Product selected. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product that has been delivered, you can return your order by clicking on Return or Replace option on Order & Returns Page and get refund by returning us your parcel within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories along with the original invoice. We provide free returns for all orders. We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels.
How long does the refund process take?
The refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds, we will refund the amount to same mode of payment except for cash on delivery, we will credit the amount in your bank account.
How do I place replacement request on Tuelip?
If you want to replace the product, you can replace your order by clicking on Return or Replace option on Order & Returns Page. Items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories along with the original invoice. We provide free replacement for all orders. We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
What if an item is defective or broken?
If the item is defective or broken, you can replace your order by clicking on Return or Replace option on Order & Returns Page. What is Tuelip's Cancellation Policy?
You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on the Website. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My Account’ section of Website.
How do I cancel my Order?
Go on Order & Returns section on the website and then select the item or order you want to cancel. Your order will be cancel any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
What are the payment options available on Tuelip?
We support the following payment options at Tuelip
Cash On Delivery (available only if the order amount is Above Rs.500)
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), debit cards issued by over 40 banks, and Internet Banking option with over 55 banks in India.
To pay using your credit/debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date and three-digit CVV number (found on the back of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password
How safe is it to use my credit card on the website?
Your online transaction on Tuelip is secure with the latest version of TLS, a robust data security protocol that enables digital devices to communicate securely over the internet. We do not store your information on our servers.
What happens if my transaction fails and my card/account is not charged?
If your card / account is not charged, you can safely retry your payment we will not double charge you.
Why am I being asked to enter a 3D Secure Password?
The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services, respectively.
The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
How can I get the 3D secure password for my credit/debit card?
You can register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your bank's website.
I have not received my order acknowledgement or dispatch notification email.
